Lucie Coles
Lucie has previously progressed a career in the Wholesale Fashion and Sports sector, supporting a variety of commercial projects and nurturing business relationships with overseas manufacturers, key retail clients and Licensors. This valuable experience and organised approach to business has provided Lucie with an invaluable and transferable skill set to implement the training and support within TLM. Having taken time out to look after a young family but still wanting a work/life balance Lucie was keen to get involved with TLM especially with its company ethics and achievements closely aligned to her own. Within the Training and Support Role Lucie is continuing to develop close business relationships with each Trust from the Regional Administrators to nurses, ensuring they have the relevant support and training within their individual portals. This might be answering the day to day queries or discussing how to run specific reports utilising the invaluable data the system provides, or running portal training sessions for new and existing team members ( customer side) .
Apart from looking after a family, Lucie loves to spend her downtime keeping active in the gym, cycling and walking in the Peaks.
