TLM Portal Usage

Perform a ‘hard refresh’, which clears the cache on your web browser. To do this either press ctrl+f5 or click on the web browser settings (Chrome is in the top left corner) and there should be an option to ‘clear browsing data.’ If you have an Apple device then you can also do this by pressing shift+cmd+del (del is the back-arrow button).

Deleting the cache data helps to increase the loading time of web pages and also increases the performance of your computer. The Alerts page is pretty big, so it isn’t always an instant load, but it should only take 5-10 seconds, so try doing a hard refresh if it is consistently taking longer than this. Contact 2nd line support if the issue persists.

Yes, they are the same, but we do suggest that the Location passwords are updated each academic year for security purposes.

To check the link, your RA can go to ‘Questionnaires’. Next to each questionnaire you will find the ‘Link‘ which you copy and paste.

We suggest updating passwords for each new school year for added security. Your RA can do this as follows: Go to ‘Locations’ then ‘View/Edit’. Enter a new password and be sure to inform all relevant parties of this change.

You just need to click onto the words ‘Forgotten password’ on the login page of the Portal and this will send a password reset e-mail to your inbox.

Your RA can go to ’Schools and Pupils’ – find the pupil, then ‘Edit’, so you can amend the name of the school by retyping it. It can only be amended if the school is in the same Location as the incorrect school typed.

Unfortunately the child will need to be re-sent the correct link and must re-do the correct questionnaire.

Once you have activated a link from here on you will need to go to your web browser and use your specific ***Regional*** link. https://***your region***.hapi-system.com/rm-admin

Save the link as a Bookmark/Favourite as if your session ‘times out’ it will save you having to keep re-typing this link in; it doesn’t automatically refresh back to the login page to keep the site secure when away from your screen. Make sure you have your login password handy too.

Ensure all nurses check new schools/nurseries are using the most up to date web browsers BEFORE visiting, otherwise they will not be able to enter questionnaires. As follows:

Pupils area– (to fill in questionnaires)

  • Google Chrome (latest versions)
  • Firefox (latest versions)
  • Safari (latest versions) 

Admin area-

  • Internet Explorer (latest versions): IE11 and Microsoft Edge
