- The value of business planning and the guidance to write one
- Using effective influencing and negotiating skills in the workplace
- Practitioners will be provided with a framework to present a business case

Making a Difference as a Social Enterprise
(What does being a Social Enterprise mean to Practitioners?)
This one day programme has been developed for practitioners, to support their understanding and focus in relation to the advantages of being part of a Social Enterprise.
Programme outcomes include:
- An appreciation of the benefits of staff led enterprise
- An understanding of the improvements to patients/clients care
- A clearer understanding of the changing patterns of ownership and accountability
- An awareness of the purpose, challenges and transitions of Social Enterprise
- A framework to improve integrated working through social aims and reinvestment
This programme will give practitioners a clearer understanding of what social enterprise means to them and the care they provide.
