This programme will help managers and their teams understand how personality preferences affect team working and how each team member can work more efficiently utilising their strengths productively. This programme can also include an individual MBTI online assessment if required, which is charged separately.

 

Improving Communication within Integrated teams
(Using Neuro Linguistic programming)

This one day programme has been developed for all members of integrated teams to examine, understand and develop skills using a communication framework.

Programme outcomes include:

This programme will give members of integrated teams powerful and practical communication tools and techniques, which will support the development of improved, more effective joined up working solutions.
