Successful Team Management
(Myers Briggs Type Indicators and team development)
This one day programme has been developed for discreet teams and examines MBTI as a well researched vehicle to strong and effective team development.
Programme outcomes include:
- A better understanding between team members of how personality traits influence behaviour.
- Clarity on work preferences which makes for reduction in team friction and increased productivity by working to strengths.
- Managers will have an increased ability to manage teams as a whole, taking into account personality traits and working more effectively and efficiently with them.
This programme will help managers and their teams understand how personality preferences affect team working and how each team member can work more efficiently utilising their strengths productively. This programme can also include an individual MBTI online assessment if required, which is charged separately.
Improving Communication within Integrated teams
